These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms, subject to the right of 55g Casino to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
